Our working agreement for a smooth partnership

Acceptance of Services

  1. After a free 1-hour initial consultation, a Letter of Engagement will be prepared by [Your Company Name] and sent to the Client before work begins. This letter will outline the services provided, rates, and will include these terms and conditions.
  2. The Client must sign and return the Letter of Engagement before any work commences.
  3. If the Client sends a work request before signing the Letter of Engagement, it will be considered as acceptance of these terms.

Rates

  1. A minimum of 1 hour is charged per task, then billed in 30-minute increments.
  2. Any unexpected extra costs will be discussed with the Client before proceeding.
  3. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required upfront, based on an estimate. The balance is due upon project completion.
  4. Urgent tasks needing a turnaround in less than 24 hours may incur a 20% surcharge, with prior notice to the Client.
  5. If the Client’s requirements change during the project, a revised estimate will be provided.
  6. [Your Company Name] reserves the right to adjust rates. Rate changes will not affect ongoing or already-quoted projects.
